VIP Vet Service requires remote access to your Cloud Based PIMS, prices vary depending on the PIMS. Must be set up prior to contract start date.
Part time coverage, 20 hours Per week
$860 per month
VIP Vet Service will support your team up 20 hours per week, within established service levels. Cost is $860 per month.
Full time coverage 40 hours per week
$1720 per month
VIP Vet Service will support your team 40 hours per week, within established service levels.

Overnight and off hours Support
$1500 per month
VIP Vet Service will be available for emergent requests during closed hours of operation. Phone support will be available for emergent situations. This is a flat monthly fee.

VIP Vet Service will work with you to in order to meet your needs at an affordable rate that works for both of us.
Initial contract term
3 month
VIP Vet Service offers an initial 3 month contract. The initial contract is to allow both partners to make sure the fit is right, and the partnership is successful.
Renewals
6, 9 or 12 month
After the initial 3 month contract, contracts are renewed on 6, 9 or 12 month terms. Rates are locked in between the initial contract and the first renewal.
All costs will be finalized on initial contract and may change at time of 2nd renewal, with a 30 day notice.
